This place is a great match for a holiday in Bend with solid value for the money. The room was spacious with a comfy bed, and I loved having a separate living area to unwind. If you have a larger vehicle, just be mindful of the tight parking spots.

great setup but minimal sitting options
The suite was well-designed with a nice kitchen, living room, and a cozy bedroom. The dog-friendly amenities, like the dog run and provided beds, made our stay feel complete. Enjoying the beautiful mountain view from our room was a highlight of the trip.
I feel the seating arrangement could be improved.

Our group had a fantastic time at the hotel. The spacious Deschutes River One-Bedroom King Suite was perfect, and we loved how close we were to the river and restaurants. Having a fully equipped kitchen made meals easy, and it was pet-friendly for our furry friends. Highly recommend it for a fun getaway with pals.
We struggled to find an outdoor trash bin for our dog's poop bags, and we left them on the garden box rail. My bad for not finding a better solution!

I adored the tasteful decoration throughout, especially the lovely use of natural stone and warm wood accents, which created a charming atmosphere. Accessibility was also strong, making it easy for me to navigate the well-designed spaces.
An additional sitting chair would be beneficial.

A cozy surprise in Bend!
We spent 2 nights in the Deschutes River One-Bedroom King Suite and it was fantastic! The suite felt like a comfy little cabin with a fully stocked kitchen and fluffy towels. So cool that they cater to dogs too—our pup loved the treats and the little dog park. Only thing I’d want is another chair for the living area.

Staying in the Deschutes River One-Bedroom King Suite felt like a home away from home. The room layout offered a spacious living area with a well-equipped kitchen. I loved the natural stone accents and cozy decor. Comfy bed made it easy to unwind after a long day. The bathroom featured a fabulous walk-in shower with great water pressure, which added a touch of luxury. My dog enjoyed the fenced dog park, which had everything needed for his comfort. Staff members were incredibly friendly and responsive to my needs. However, the HVAC unit next to the bed was a bit noisy at night, which disrupted my sleep occasionally. I also noticed that the pressure in the shower fluctuated a little, using a common complaint I’ve heard about other places. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely consider returning despite the minor inconveniences.
